Newton Rowell Entrance Scholarship in Law

Three entrance scholarships for students entering the first year of the Juris Doctor program at Queen's Law, awarded on academic excellence and a demonstrated interest in and commitment to public service. The award amount varies.

Applications are encouraged from students outside Ontario and from Indigenous students and members of racial minorities.

Established by the Honourable Henry N.R. Jackman in honour of his grandfather, Newton Wesley Rowell.
