NESS NextGen Scholarship for Underrepresented Minorities

Graduating high school seniors or first- or second-year undergraduates from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds (American Indian/Alaskan Native, Black/African American, Hispanic, or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) pursuing statistics or data science at a U.S. college or university may apply for the New England Statistical Society NextGen Scholarship.

A minimum of $1,000 per recipient is awarded; the number of scholarships depends on annual funding. Priority consideration goes to Federal Pell Grant-eligible students.

Submit your application by the deadline. Winners are announced at the NESS Symposium.
