About this scholarship

High school students living in inner North/Northeast Portland within the NE 42nd Avenue, Willamette River, I-84, and Columbia River boundaries, with at least a 2.75 GPA and active community service, may apply for the Neil Kelly Memorial Scholarship.

Four $4,000 annual grants are awarded and are renewable for up to three additional years ($16,000 total). Submit a transcript, financial information, recommendations, personal statement, and resume through Kaleidoscope by April 30, 2026.
