$3,000
About this scholarship
Canadian citizens or permanent residents with a permanent disability who are enrolled full-time at a Canadian post-secondary institution may apply. High school graduates starting in September must be accepted at application time.
Awards of $3,000 are paid directly to the recipient's institution toward tuition. The number of awards varies.
Selection weighs self-advocacy, academic commitment, volunteerism or campus involvement, and career goals. NEADS encourages full access to post-secondary education for persons with disabilities, who often face greater barriers and additional costs.
