About this scholarship
Full-time undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a four-year college or university in Northern California (zip codes 93700 through 96099) or Nevada with a declared major relevant to the American Vacuum Society and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA may apply.
One scholarship provides $5,000 per year, renewable for up to four years while maintaining good standing and a 3.0 GPA. Recipients receive complimentary AVS student membership and are expected to participate in NCCAVS events.
Email a one-page statement of purpose, one recommendation, and an unofficial transcript to nccavs_scholarship@avs.org by April 20.
