National Scholarship in Ocean Studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland

Outstanding Ph.D. candidates in ocean studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland may apply. Eligible fields include chemistry, biochemistry, biology, physics, earth sciences, geography, economics, and engineering. Candidates need first-class standing.

One scholarship of $18,000 is awarded and may be held for up to three years alongside other major awards. A one-time travel grant of up to $2,000 may support conference presentations.

Apply through the School of Graduate Studies by July 1. A selection committee reports to the Dean of Graduate Studies.
