About this scholarship
University of Alberta BFA undergraduate entering third or fourth year who specializes in painting or printmaking and has superior academic achievement.
Selection is based on academic standing (minimum four full-course equivalents, three of them senior courses from the preceding year) and a portfolio review. In a tie, the scholarship may be split between two recipients. At the Department of Art and Design's discretion, it may be renewed if the recipient enters fourth-year BFA or first-year MFA.
Eligible students apply through the central Student Awards Application in April.
