Nancy Hirshman Academic Excellence Scholarship

Carrollton High School seniors in Michigan who plan to enroll full-time in an associate or undergraduate degree program, or in Career and Technical Education (CTE) training in a skilled trade or vocation, may apply for the Nancy Hirshman Academic Excellence Scholarship through the Carrollton Education Foundation and Saginaw Community Foundation. One female and one male student are awarded annually.

Award amounts vary.

Complete the application provided by Carrollton High School, submit transcripts showing scholastic record and curriculum difficulty, provide evidence of citizenship and school or community involvement, and discuss financial need and how the award will support your goals.

Colleagues established the scholarship in memory of Nancy Hirshman, a 30-year educator at Carrollton Public Schools.
