About this scholarship
Doctoral students conducting MS-related research may apply for an endMS Doctoral Studentship through MS Canada. Applicants must be working toward a PhD or related degree in MS research, hold the studentship at a recognized institution under an appropriate supervisor, and either train at a Canadian institution or, if studying abroad, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. M.D. applicants must hold degrees recognized by the medical regulatory authority where they practice. Research should align with MS Canada's impact goals: advance treatment and care, enhance well-being, understand and halt disease progression, and prevent MS.
The regular studentship is $22,000 per year for up to four years; eligible M.D. holders receive $50,500 per year. Applicants choose a biomedical stream or a clinical and population health research stream.
