Mr Justice Walter Kirke Smith Memorial Scholarship

A student entering second or third year at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC who has demonstrated excellence in application to the work and life of the faculty may receive this award.

The scholarship is $2,050, endowed under the auspices of the Vancouver Bar Association from contributions by members of the bench and bar in honour of Walter Kirke Smith, late Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and a 1949 graduate of the school.
