About this scholarship

First-year master's students on Trinity Evangelical Divinity School's Deerfield campus who are committed to gospel ministry of reconciliation, have at least a 3.0 incoming GPA, and are willing to participate in Mosaic Ministries while at Trinity may apply for the Mosaic Ministries Scholarship.

The award is up to 50% off tuition, so the dollar amount varies with credit load. About 15 awards are listed. The scholarship is offered on a rotating schedule four times a year.

  • Open only to students pursuing a Master-level degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS) - this is a graduate divinity scholarship, not a high-school/undergraduate-entry award
  • Must have graduated from an accredited college/university with an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher (exceptions considered; if below 3.0 an explanation is required)
  • Must have applied for admission to TEDS (may apply for the scholarship before being accepted)
  • Requires in-person participation at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School campus (Mosaic cohort experience / Mosaic Gathering) through graduation
  • Must provide the name and email of a non-relative church representative as a reference
  • Application collects: name, current residence, phone, email, undergraduate school, undergraduate GPA, gender, racial/ethnic background, intended program, and intended enrollment start date
  • Applicants must have applied for TEDS admission; they may apply for the scholarship before acceptance.
  • Applicants below a 3.0 undergraduate GPA may be considered if they provide an explanation.
  • The scholarship is offered on a rotating schedule four times each year.
