Graduating seniors from a Saginaw, Michigan high school with a minimum 2.75 GPA who plan to enroll full-time in college and demonstrate financial need may apply.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation. Selection weighs scholastic record, essay, honors, financial need, leadership, community activities, recommendations, and extracurriculars. The scholarship was established as a legacy to Milton L. Greenebaum, a pioneer in Michigan radio and television broadcasting.
