Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Traditional Student Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors who are Saginaw County, Michigan residents with a minimum 2.5 GPA and plans to pursue an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education certificate may apply.

Award amounts vary. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's unified application, which opens November 1. Selection weighs financial need, essay, extracurricular and community involvement, citizenship, leadership, and recommendations. Mildred Culbert Kelly and Fred W. Kelly's legacy continues to assist youth who might not otherwise afford college or vocational training.
