Mildred Culbert Kelly & Fred W. Kelly Non-Traditional Student Scholarship

Non-traditional Saginaw County, Michigan residents who have been out of school for two or more consecutive semesters and are pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education certificate may apply.

Award amounts vary. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation's unified application. Selection weighs financial need, essay, work and community involvement, citizenship, leadership, and recommendations. The fund helps adults returning to education access college or vocational training.
