About this scholarship
U.S. citizen high school seniors who participated in the Stock Market Game, or college sophomores or juniors majoring in business, finance, or economics at a four-year college in Maryland, Virginia, or D.C., may apply.
Four scholarships are awarded annually through awards up to $5,000, including two first-year college awards and two upperclassman awards.
Submit a completed application, GPA transcript, contact information, and a 500-word essay on how securities markets affect daily life. The Mid-Atlantic STA Foundation supports students of business, finance, and economics.
