About this scholarship
Undergraduate or graduate students residing in Fayette County, Pennsylvania or within 30 miles, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least one semester of college completed, may apply for the Merlin Arc Fayette Scholarship if they are pursuing careers serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Fields include special education, therapy, social work, nursing, disability studies, and related areas. The one-time award is $2,000.
Apply online July 1 through September 30 with a personal statement and letters of recommendation. The Arc Fayette created the scholarship to invest in future educators, therapists, advocates, and healthcare providers in the IDD field.
