Mel C. Marshall Scholarship

California residents who are high school seniors or current college students may apply for the California Precast Concrete Association Mel C. Marshall Scholarship if they plan careers related to the building, construction, or precast concrete industry. Recipients receive $500 per semester while maintaining a 2.5 GPA in an approved field; the number of awards varies.

Submit a scholarship application by the June 30 deadline for fall semester consideration or by October 31 for spring. CPCA created the award to encourage students to enter the precast concrete industry and connect scholarship recipients with the association.
