Saskatchewan high school graduates who proceed to a technical, vocational, or university program anywhere in Canada may apply to the Grand Lodge of Saskatchewan for this award. Selection is based on academic achievement, leadership skills, community and school activities, and special awards.
Six awards of $2,000 are offered annually.
