First-year female Laurentian University Engineering students who demonstrate financial need.

One bursary of $2,000. An application is required.

Established by the John Carl MacIsaac Foundation to recognize Mary Weaver's 20 years of service as a board trustee. Weaver was called to the bar in 1951, served on Laurentian's Board of Governors and as a bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and was the first female lawyer to practice in Northern Ontario.
