About this scholarship

Women pursuing graduate or professional degrees, especially in fields where African American women are underrepresented, with a minimum 2.75 GPA (or 2.06 on a 3.0 scale) may apply for the Century City Alumnae Chapter's Mary Murphy Scholarship.

Award amounts vary. U.S. citizenship or residency is required.

Submit the application, two recommendations, transcript, and enrollment verification. The application opens March 9 and closes April 30; finalists complete a virtual interview. Delta Sigma Theta's Century City Alumnae Chapter established this award in 1985.
