About this scholarship
Charlotte-area high school seniors from qualifying counties with significant financial need, above-average arts ability, and plans to pursue an undergraduate arts degree at an accredited program may apply for the Mary Doctor Fine Arts Scholarship through Blumenthal Arts.
Up to two awards of up to $40,000 each are offered for undergraduate arts education.
Submit the application, guidelines materials, and recommendation form by March 18; auditions and portfolio presentations follow in April. The fund was established in honor of Mary Doctor to support students enriching others through the arts.
