About this scholarship
Open to graduating students at four designated Winnipeg high schools who identify as Indigenous or as an immigrant, demonstrate financial need, and are entering post-secondary study.
The bursary pays $3,875. Funds are non-repayable and awarded within the same narrow school cohort as the companion scholarship.
Apply through your high school's awards process by the annual May deadline. Only students at the four participating Winnipeg schools are eligible.
The Mary and Louis Finkle Aboriginal and Immigrant Bursary supports need-based awards for Indigenous and immigrant students at participating Winnipeg secondary schools.
