About this scholarship
African or African American full-time undergraduate students (or incoming freshmen) with a minimum 3.0 GPA pursuing fitness or nutrition-related majors at accredited Kentucky colleges may apply for the Martha J. Branch Scholarship.
One $1,000 award is offered. Eligible majors include exercise science, nutrition, and health education. Past recipients may reapply.
Submit the online application, resume, transcript, 500-word essay, recommendation, and proof of enrollment by June 26. The scholarship supports minority students working to improve community health and fitness.
