About this scholarship
African American women whose primary residence is in underserved Chicagoland communities may apply for the Chicago Association of REALTORS Foundation's Marki Lemons Ryhal Education Advancement Scholarship.
Award amounts vary. Funding supports either HBCU study ($500 paid to the institution) or Illinois real estate pre-licensing through REALTORS Real Estate School (up to $700 reimbursement after licensure). Applications are accepted quarterly.
