Mark T. Banner Scholarships for Law Students

Law students enrolled in a J.D. program at an ABA-accredited U.S. law school who will continue in that program through at least the fall semester of the award year may apply for the Mark T. Banner Scholarship from the Richard Linn American Inn of Court.

The award is $10,000. Selection is by a review board; the application form is available on the Linn Inn scholarship page.

The scholarship honors Mark T. Banner, a founding Inn member and intellectual property litigator. It aims to foster IP lawyers of high ethics, civility, and professionalism, especially those from diverse backgrounds.
