Full-time Ontario Tech undergraduates in Education or Social Science and Humanities (faculties primarily at the downtown Oshawa campus) who primarily reside in Oshawa may apply. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum admission average of 75 percent or a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
