About this scholarship

Students admitted full-time to the first year of the English-language JD program at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Common Law Section, may apply. Applicants must be Ontario residents (as per OSAP rules) with financial need, academic excellence, and an interest in social justice.

The scholarship is a minimum of $2,500. The number of awards varies annually.

Submit via uoZone with the Financial Questionnaire and a social-justice statement, and also apply to Admission Bursary - JD Program (99949). Applications are due May 1.

The Marjorie Linden Scholarship (OTSS) supports entering Common Law JD students whose education would otherwise be compromised.
