About this scholarship

Enrolled Simon Fraser University MAIS students undertaking fieldwork related to their thesis and/or learning opportunities abroad.

Awards are valued up to $6,000 and allocated by demonstrated financial need and student achievement. Students may hold only one International Studies travel award of this type during their studies.

Apply with an advising transcript, a one-page proposal covering the opportunity, academic and career objectives, and financial need, plus a one-page budget. After return, submit a one-page reflection and photos.
