Mahesh K. Upadhyaya Plant Science Graduate Scholarship

Open to graduate students in the Plant Science Graduate Program in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at UBC Vancouver who are working on agricultural and/or horticultural topics.

Scholarship funding is available, with amounts varying by cycle. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Land and Food Systems in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies, with no separate student application.

The endowment honours Professor Emeritus Dr. Mahesh K. Upadhyaya, a longtime plant science teacher and researcher and recipient of the Killam Teaching Award from UBC.
