MacInnes – Hallamore Scholarship

Open to third- or fourth-year UBC Vancouver undergraduates in the honours or major program in German Studies.

Scholarship amounts vary from an endowment established by Letitia A. Hay (B.A. 1930, M.A. 1932), a former student of Professors MacInnes and Hallamore. No separate application; awards are made on the recommendation of the German Program.

Isabel MacInnes led the German section from 1915 to 1948, and Joyce Hallamore served on the faculty from 1928 to 1968 and headed the Department of German from 1948 until her retirement.
