About this scholarship

High school graduates pursuing college, college graduates pursuing entrepreneurship, adults seeking continuing education, or professionals seeking leadership training may apply for the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce (LZACC) Scholarship Program. Applicants must be chamber members, children of members, or residents of Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods, Kildeer, Long Grove, or Deer Park, Illinois.

The award is $1,000. The number of scholarships varies. Checks are payable to the recipient's school and must be used within the first year. Awards are presented at the chamber's Winning Hands Member Appreciation and Awards Event.

Submit the chamber scholarship application for review by a membership committee.

Area businesses help fund the awards alongside the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce.
