About this scholarship
Incoming Clemson University freshmen in any major may apply to the Lyceum Scholars Program during their senior year of high school, alongside their Clemson admission application. Selected scholars complete the Political and Legal Theory minor while studying liberty, capitalism, the American founding, and moral character through great works in philosophy, history, economics, and literature.
Lyceum Scholars receive $2,500 per year for four years. Ten students are admitted per cohort. There is no separate scholarship application beyond applying to Clemson and the Lyceum program.
