About this scholarship
New Loyola University Chicago freshmen graduating from a Catholic high school in the Archdiocese of Chicago or the Diocese of Joliet are automatically considered for the Catholic Heritage Award when they submit a completed undergraduate admission application. Jesuit high school graduates in Chicago receive the Jesuit Heritage Award instead. There is no separate scholarship application.
The award is a renewable, four-year, tuition-restricted merit scholarship for consecutive full-time enrollment. Dollar amounts vary by recipient.
Submit the Application for Undergraduate Admission by the published deadline. Awards are based on admission-application information without regard to financial need.
