About this scholarship

U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled as undergraduates at accredited nonprofit U.S. colleges may apply to the Louise Tumarkin Zazove Foundation for tuition assistance. Applicants must have at least 50 dB unaided bilateral hearing loss or use a cochlear implant. There are no age, sex, race, geographic, or ethnic restrictions.

Grants provide approximately $4,600 per academic year and may renew for up to four years if funds and academic standing allow.

Complete the application during the open period with supporting documentation, including proof of hearing loss and academic records. The foundation honors Louise Tumarkin Zazove's support of the Deaf community and higher education.
