Polk County, Iowa residents enrolled in or accepted to an Iowa undergraduate program may apply.

This is a one-time $1,000 grant.

Submit an essay on family resilience and Des Moines or Polk County neighborhood improvement to scholarship@desmoineshomebuyers.net by April 15 annually.

The award honors Liselotte Bieber and community resilience.
