Lisa Krukowski-Whalen Nursing Scholarship

Saginaw County graduating high school seniors or college students with at least a 3.0 GPA who are accepted into an accredited school of nursing and plan to pursue an undergraduate nursing degree full time may apply.

Award amounts vary. Selection weighs extracurricular activities, community service, involvement, essay, honors, and recommendations through the Saginaw Community Foundation unified application.

Submit proof of Saginaw County residency, acceptance into a nursing program, transcripts, an essay, and letters of recommendation. The scholarship was established in memory of Lisa Krukowski-Whalen, a passionate nurse and educator.
