Linda Smith Hawkes Scholarship in Social Work

Graduate students in Social Work at UBC Vancouver who are involved in mental health studies are eligible for these scholarships. Scholarships totalling $6,400 are awarded, with individual amounts varying. There is no separate application; awards are made on the recommendation of the School of Social Work, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

The scholarships were endowed through a bequest by Dr. Arthur S. Hawkes in honour of his late wife, Linda Smith Hawkes.
