Lincoln Alexander Chancellor's Scholarships

Students entering a University of Guelph degree program with a minimum 90% admission average who have made significant leadership and innovative contributions to their schools and communities. Applicants must also be Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis), a person with a disability, or a racialized person.

Two scholarships of $8,250 are available. Apply online; short-listed candidates are invited to campus for an interview. Renewable each year if the recipient remains in full-time study, achieves a minimum 80.0% average in the previous full-time year, continues to demonstrate leadership, and submits an annual report. Cannot be held with the President's, Chancellors', Academic Leadership, or Board of Governors' Scholarships.

Established in 2001 in honour of Lincoln Alexander, Chancellor Emeritus and former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.
