Lilian To Memorial Graduate Scholarship

Graduate students at UBC Vancouver researching and studying immigration and refugee policy and practice are eligible for these scholarships. Scholarships totalling $9,700 are awarded. There is no student application; awards are made on the recommendation of the School of Social Work in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. The scholarships were endowed by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in memory of Lilian To (M.S.W. 1979), the organization's late CEO and an internationally recognized social worker, honouring her unwavering support for the welfare of immigrants and refugees.
