About this scholarship
Texas graduating high school seniors or past graduates with a diploma or GED, a minimum 2.5 GPA, and plans to pursue a trade or vocational certification at an accredited Texas community college or nonprofit trade school may apply through Communities Foundation of Texas.
Awards of up to $5,000 cover tuition, fees, books, and equipment.
Complete the application, FAFSA, essay, and two letters of recommendation by May 1.
The LIFE Association Trade Scholarship Fund supports Texas students building careers in skilled trades.
