Les Dames d’Escoffier Chicago Scholarships

Women enrolled in accredited Chicago-area culinary schools or hospitality programs who are pursuing culinary arts, nutrition, hospitality, or baking and pastry may apply for Les Dames d'Escoffier Chicago Chapter scholarships.

Eight scholarships of $2,500 each are awarded, including four for culinary, nutrition, and hospitality and four for baking and pastry.

Download and complete the application, submit a personal statement on your career goals, provide two letters of recommendation, and include your current transcript.

Since 1982 the Chicago chapter has provided nearly $1 million in scholarships to women building careers in food and hospitality.
