Leonard S Klinck Memorial Fellowship

Graduate students registered in programs in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at UBC Vancouver are eligible for these fellowships. Fellowships totalling $17,000 are awarded, with individual amounts varying. There is no separate application; awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Land and Food Systems, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

The fellowships honour Leonard S. Klinck, first Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (1914-1919) and second President of the University (1919-1944). They were endowed by the late Dean Emeritus Blythe Eagles and Violet E. Eagles on the occasion of the University's 75th anniversary.
