About this scholarship

High school juniors and seniors in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area with demonstrated financial need who are enrolling in accredited full-time undergraduate or vocational programs may apply for the Lentin Scholarship Fund through Jewish Federation of St. Louis via Scholarship Central.

Awards of up to $10,000 are available. Recipients may reapply in subsequent years if eligibility requirements are met.

Applications typically open in January and close in late March or early April. Preference is given to first-generation college students and applicants with a connection to the Jewish community.

Scott Lentin established the fund to support St. Louis area students pursuing higher education.
