Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. Music Scholarship

Saginaw County, Michigan high school seniors or college students with a minimum 2.5 GPA pursuing music through an undergraduate, graduate, or career and technical education program, part- or full-time, may apply. Applicants need at least one year of practical experience or training in instrumental music.

Award amounts vary.
