Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. Military Scholarship

Saginaw County, Michigan high school seniors or college students with a minimum 2.5 GPA who are active or inactive military members or veterans, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or career and technical education program part- or full-time, may apply.

Award amounts vary. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Nontraditional students may receive preference.

Apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation with proof of residency, military status documentation, transcripts, and an essay on educational goals and community service. The scholarship celebrates Charlie McMillan's legacy of military service and community dedication.
