About this scholarship
Open to graduate students at York University who will work with a nominating professor on ongoing research related to reducing violence in the lives of children and youth. Recipients must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, residents of Ontario, and demonstrate financial need.
The award amount varies. Students apply through the Financial Aid, Awards and Scholarships (FAAS) system.
Funding comes from the LaMarsh Centre for Research on Violence and Conflict Resolution. The assistantship also supports graduate students who need financial help to continue their studies.
