About this scholarship
Female graduating high school seniors or returning college students from the greater Kansas City area with a minimum 3.2 GPA who plan to pursue a technology-related degree at a two- or four-year college, university, or vocational or technical school may apply for the Kris Paper Legacy Scholarship for Women in Technology. One award of at least $1,500 is offered.
Financial need and community service are considered. Submit the application with essays on your chosen field of study, financial aid plans, and why you would be a strong recipient. The scholarship is disbursed in equal payments in August and January.
