About this scholarship

Residents of one of 40 Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania municipalities may apply for Kirtland Foundation scholarships to attend any accredited two- or four-year college, university, technical college, graduate school, or trade school. Award amounts vary based on need and available funds.

Both dependent and independent students may apply. Submit a complete application packet with all required supporting documents by May 15.

The David L. Kirtland and MariJo M. Kirtland Foundation has supported northeastern Pennsylvania students since 1991.
