About this scholarship
Current Level 2 Killam Predoctoral doctoral scholars at Dalhousie may apply for the Killam International Research Award to support research outside Canada for up to three months. Two awards of up to $6,000 help offset travel, living, and related costs.
Applicants must hold an active Level 2 Killam award, not have held this or another international travel award (such as a Michael Smith supplement), and need to be physically present abroad for research tied to their Dalhousie PhD. Submit a budget, a two-page research outline, and two letters of support (current and host supervisors) via the FGS Online Scholarship Portal.
