UBC doctoral students selected as Killam Doctoral Scholars through the annual Affiliated Fellowships competition are eligible. The Killam-Donald N. Byers Memorial Prize goes to the highest-ranking Killam Doctoral Fellow, as recommended by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
